In order to operate as an asset recovery agency we had to be vetted by the state of Texas as well as an extensive background check on our business and investigator. All of our credentials had to be verified in order to receive information on your case. This is not something that’s given out to the public. Although your phone number and address are public knowledge, the money the state holds for you is not.
